Ingredients
 

For the dough:

  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 75 g Butter

For covering:

  • Water
  • 5 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 Apples
  • 2 cups Sour cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • 80 g Sugar

Instructions
 

For the dough:

  • Mix the flour and baking powder and sift into a mixing bowl.
  • Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg and butter and knead.
  • Roll out the dough in a springform pan, push the edge up a little and prick the dough several times with a fork.

For covering:

  • Put water in a bowl and add lemon juice.
  • Peel, core, eighth and place the apples in the lemon water so they don't turn brown.
  • Drain the apples and place on the batter.
  • Bake at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
  • Put the sour cream in a bowl.
  • Add eggs and sugar and stir.
  • Pour the cream mixture over the cake and smooth it out.
  • Bake at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for another 20 minutes.
