Ingredients

for the rice

  • 1 Ltr. Milk
  • 250 g Rice pudding
  • 2 Baggage. Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp Sugar and a pinch of salt
  • 200 ml Whipped cream

for the plums

  • 1 Glass Plums (720 ml)
  • 2 somewhat heaped tsp Corn starch
  • 3 tbsp Apple juice or water

also

  • 2 -3 tbsp Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • First of all, the amount is enough for 3-4 people, depending on your personal hunger, as a sweet main meal. Half of the recipe is enough for 4 people as a dessert.
  • Bring the milk, rice, vanilla sugar, sugar and a pinch of salt to the boil in a saucepan while stirring. Turn down the temperature and cover and let soak for 30 minutes. Stir every now and then so that it doesn't stick. Let cool down. Stir every now and then to keep it creamy.
  • Drain the plums well and bring the juice to the boil in a saucepan. Stir Mondamin with apple juice or water until smooth and add to the boiling juice. Simmer gently for approx. 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour into a bowl and let cool.
  • Mix the sugar and cinnamon.
  • Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the cooled rice. You can also enjoy the whole thing lukewarm, it tastes very good. The whipped cream liquefies a bit, but it still gets really creamy.
  • Now it can be served. Enjoy the rice with the plums, sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar.
  • Enjoy your meal.
