Crispy chicken inner fillets no.2

  • 600 g Chicken fillets
  • Potato chips (leftovers)
  • Breadcrumbs to taste
  • Wheat flour to taste
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • Clarified butter
  • 1 kg French fries frozen


  • Chop up the potato chips (leftovers here) and place in a bowl. I added some more breadcrumbs because I didn't have enough breadcrumbs. First season the chicken fillets, then turn in wheat flour, then place in the beaten egg and finally turn in potato chips / breadcrumbs.
  • Place frozen French fries in a hot air fryer and cook in it for about 20 minutes. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the breaded chicken fillets on both sides. When the french fries are ready, place in a bowl and season with salt.
  • Take one or more flat plates and place the fried chicken fillets on top. Add the french fries and serve with a small salad. For me, tomato salad.
