Crispy Pineapple with Chilli on Mango Mirror

  • 4 Slices of pineapple
  • Panko flour to turn the pineapple
  • Chilli flakes, you decide the amount
  • 3 Slices of mango
  • Bought or homemade ice cream
  • 1 tbsp Butter


  • Roll the moist pineapple slices thickly in panko flour. Slightly heat the butter in a pan and sizzle the pineapple until golden on both sides. Puree the mango slices (sweetened or can) with the magic wand, but without the juice.
  • Drape the mango mirror on the plate, with the breaded pineapple. Do not garnish too timidly with chilli flakes. We had bought ice cream, LG ... and enjoy your meal
