Ingredients

  • 125 g Pumpernickel
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Instructions

  • Crumble the pumpernickel and mix it with the milk and spices in the moulinex for a long time and thoroughly to form a viscous mixture - there shouldn't be any lumps in it - (next time I'll use the blender !!)
  • Now spread this mixture as evenly as possible 2 mm thinly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper - then bake the crackers in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes - take them out and use a cutter to punch out round shapes in the still soft but already compact sheet of dough - then continue baking until the dough is dry and firm (exact time depends on the thickness ...)
  • when they are crispy take them out and carefully break the punched crackers out of the plate
