Ingredients
 

  • 400 ml Cream
  • 140 ml Milk
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 4 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 0,5 Pc. Tonka beans

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat the OVEN to 150 degrees circulating air. 2. Put the cream, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolk and half of the grated tonka bean in a bowl. 3. Mix briefly with a whisk or electrically. 4. Put 100 ml each in a dessert bowl. 5. Bake the dessert bowls in a water bath at 150 degrees air circulation for about 30 minutes. (the state of the liquid should have changed) 6. Chill in the refrigerator. 7. Before serving, sprinkle with sugar and use a bunsen burner to create a sugar crust. (This only under adult supervision) Bon Appetit
