Ingredients
To garnish:
- 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 Discs Cooked ham
- 4 Discs Pecorino, alternatively mountain cheese
- 4 small Onions, red
- 4 Pinches Black pepper, fresh from the mill
- Flowers and leaves
Instructions
- Halve the rolls horizontally and roast the cut edges in the olive oil until crispy. Top with ham and pecorino cheese and bake until the pecorino cheese begins to melt.
- In the meantime, cap the small, red onions at both ends, peel them and cut across into slices approx. 2 mm thick. Top the crostini with it and sprinkle each with a pinch of black pepper. Garnish, serve warm and enjoy.
