Ingredients
 

The dressing

  • 1 Pc. Red Onion
  • 1 Pc. Spring onion
  • 2 tbsp Wild garlic leaves
  • Cress (garden cress)
  • 1 tsp Estragon mustard
  • 3 tbsp Grapeseed oil
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  • The classic with a different twist with healthy wild garlic and cress.
  • Wash the cucumber and cut / slice thinly with the onions. Squeeze out the water and let stand briefly.
  • Mix the ingredients of the dressing well and then pour over the salad.
  • Sprinkle the chopped wild garlic on top, mix everything well.
  • Garnish with garden cress and serve.
