The dressing
- 1 Pc. Red Onion
- 1 Pc. Spring onion
- 2 tbsp Wild garlic leaves
- Cress (garden cress)
- 1 tsp Estragon mustard
- 3 tbsp Grapeseed oil
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
"Gerichte-Geschichte"
- The classic with a different twist with healthy wild garlic and cress.
- Wash the cucumber and cut / slice thinly with the onions. Squeeze out the water and let stand briefly.
- Mix the ingredients of the dressing well and then pour over the salad.
- Sprinkle the chopped wild garlic on top, mix everything well.
- Garnish with garden cress and serve.
