Ingredients
- 4 piece Fresh bread sausage, coarse
- 3 piece Cucumber
- 3 disc Fatty bacon
- 1 bag Potato puree
- 1250 ml Water
- 2 piece Stock cube fat stock
- Potatoes
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and put them on
- Cut the bacon into small cubes and leave it in the pot.
- Cut the sausages lengthways and peel off the skin and cut into 0.5 cm pieces with a sharp knife. Shape the pieces into balls and add to the saucepan with the bacon and fry until they are nice and light brown.
- While the balls are frying, peel the cucumber. Divide lengthways once and then cut in half lengthways again. Remove the seeds with a teaspoon and cut into small pieces and add them directly to the saucepan.
- Add water and add the stock cubes to the pot. Let everything cook for 10 minutes.
- Now stir in the bag of mashed potatoes and bring to the boil again until the sauce is nice and creamy. Season with salt & pepper and serve with potatoes.
