  • 4 piece Fresh bread sausage, coarse
  • 3 piece Cucumber
  • 3 disc Fatty bacon
  • 1 bag Potato puree
  • 1250 ml Water
  • 2 piece Stock cube fat stock
  • Potatoes

  • Peel the potatoes and put them on
  • Cut the bacon into small cubes and leave it in the pot.
  • Cut the sausages lengthways and peel off the skin and cut into 0.5 cm pieces with a sharp knife. Shape the pieces into balls and add to the saucepan with the bacon and fry until they are nice and light brown.

  • Add water and add the stock cubes to the pot. Let everything cook for 10 minutes.
  • Now stir in the bag of mashed potatoes and bring to the boil again until the sauce is nice and creamy. Season with salt & pepper and serve with potatoes.
