Ingredients
- 5 Pc. Eggs
- 160 g Sugar
- 60 g Semolina
- 1 kg Low fat quark
- 1 Fl Vanilla flavor or vanilla pod
- 1 Spr Lemon juice
- 125 g Butter
Instructions
- Separate eggs
- Mix the egg yolks with the semolina, sugar, butter, lemon juice and add the quark and vanilla flavor, mix to a smooth dough
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold into the curd mixture
- Fill into a springform pan and bake at about 180 degrees top and bottom heat on the middle rack for 45-50 minutes
