Ingredients
 

  • 5 Pc. Eggs
  • 160 g Sugar
  • 60 g Semolina
  • 1 kg Low fat quark
  • 1 Fl Vanilla flavor or vanilla pod
  • 1 Spr Lemon juice
  • 125 g Butter

Instructions
 

  • Separate eggs
  • Mix the egg yolks with the semolina, sugar, butter, lemon juice and add the quark and vanilla flavor, mix to a smooth dough
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold into the curd mixture
  • Fill into a springform pan and bake at about 180 degrees top and bottom heat on the middle rack for 45-50 minutes
