Ingredients
- 1 small Onion
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 large Chicken fillet
- 1 tsp Curry
- 1 half a teaspoon Purple curry
- 120 ml Sour cream
- 120 ml Cream
- 5 Cardamom pod
- 6 Cloves
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Vegeta spice
- 6 Radicchio leaves
Instructions
preparation
- Cut the onion into cubes - cut the chicken fillet into strips - wash the radiccio leaves and cut into coarse strips
preparation
- Roast the onion in hot butter - add the chicken fillet strips and roast with them - season with curry and purple curry, salt, pepper and vegeta
- Add the sour cream, cream, honey as well as the cloves and cardamom capsules - mix well and simmer covered for 5 minutes - season again - finally fold in the radiccio
- 4th side dish: basmati rice
