Curry Honey Chicken in Radiccio Sauce

  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 large Chicken fillet
  • 1 tsp Curry
  • 1 half a teaspoon Purple curry
  • 120 ml Sour cream
  • 120 ml Cream
  • 5 Cardamom pod
  • 6 Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Vegeta spice
  • 6 Radicchio leaves



  • Cut the onion into cubes - cut the chicken fillet into strips - wash the radiccio leaves and cut into coarse strips


  • Roast the onion in hot butter - add the chicken fillet strips and roast with them - season with curry and purple curry, salt, pepper and vegeta
  • Add the sour cream, cream, honey as well as the cloves and cardamom capsules - mix well and simmer covered for 5 minutes - season again - finally fold in the radiccio
  • 4th side dish: basmati rice
