The Berlin meatballs

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 piece Diced onion
  • 1 piece Old rolls soaked in water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 piece Free range eggs
  • 1 bunch Chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard

  • 2 piece Fresh Schrippen (bread rolls)
  • 2 piece Sour cucumber
  • 2 tablespoon Curry ketchup
  • 2 teaspoon Freshly ground curry
  • 10 Splash Worcester sauce

  • In the heat here I once fried meatballs. For our food and for in between by hand.

Preparation of meatballs

  • Knead the minced meat well with all the ingredients. Then turn in breadcrumbs and fry brown on both sides in vegetable fat. Turn off the stove and finish cooking with the post-heat.

Finish the rolls

  • Cut these in half and place a patty on each bottom. Put some pickled cucumbers on top. Then spread the ketchup, Worchester sauce and curry on top. Put the lid on the bun and you're done.
  • Add the remaining cucumber as a side dish. Good Appetite.
