  • 3 teaspoon Red curry paste
  • 200 Milliliters Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 200 g Snow peas
  • 2 Pc. Papaya
  • 1 bunch Parsley

  • Season the turkey schnitzel with salt, pepper and curry powder.
  • Wash the snow peas, drain and cut in half. Halve the papaya, core with a spoon, peel and cut into wedges.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, fry the schnitzel on both sides for about 4 minutes, remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Put some more oil in the pan. First only fry the pea pods and after a short time also the papaya wedges and remove both from the pan.
  • Pour the curry paste into the pan, fry briefly and deglaze with the stock. Then let it boil down for a few minutes. Add the cream and soy sauce and season with pepper.
  • Finally, add the vegetables and schnitzel to the sauce and serve with the chopped parsley. Rice goes well with it. Good Appetite!
