Friske skovsvampe i flødesauce med hjemmelavede brødboller
De perfekte friske skovsvampe i flødesauce med hjemmelavede brødboller opskrift med et billede og enkle trin-for-trin instruktioner.
- 1 kg Friske, rensede skovsvampe f.eks. røde huer, boletus, birkesvampe
- 40 g smør
- 2 Chopped onions
- 200 ml hjemmelavet oksefond
- Til VEGETARER: grøntsagsbouillon
- 1 kop fløde
- 125 ml tør hvidvin
- Salt
- Pepper
- Jordet kommen
- 1 bundt finthakket persille

- Skær svampene i skiver eller stykker, hak løgene og steg begge dele sammen i smør. Afglasér med oksefond eller grøntsagsfond (hjemmelavet eller købt færdig), fløde og hvidvin og smag til med peber, salt og kommenpulver!
- Inden servering tilsættes friskhakket persille, anrettes på tallerkener med hjemmelavede brødboller (se min kogebog) og så GOD APPETIT!!!
- Tip 5: Mushrooms shouldn’t be washed, but when I prepare forest mushrooms, I dust the cleaned, uncut “treasures” with flour and toss them briefly in cold water.
