Delicious Summer Breakfast in 7 Minutes: A Surprisingly Simple Recipe

Everyone loves this omelet, especially Italians.

Summer is upon us and it’s time for fresh vegetables. To ensure that your body receives useful vitamins in the morning, we offer you the perfect recipe for a summer breakfast.

It is also called frittata. A light Italian omelet filled with tomato sauce and cheese.

This omelet is loved by children, adults, and Italians.

Frittata – the recipe

You will need:

  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk
  • Cherry tomatoes – 5 pcs
  • Cauliflower
  • Zucchini
  • Bell pepper
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Herbs

Beat 2 eggs with milk, salt, and pepper to taste.

Wash and chop the greens.

Cut cauliflower, zucchini, bell pepper, and tomato into small cubes.

Mix everything with eggs and milk.

Grate mozzarella cheese on a coarse grater.

Heat a frying pan with olive oil, pour the mixture over the frittata, and fry for 2 minutes until the crust is set.

Cover and fry for another 3 minutes.

Put the Italian omelet on a plate, sprinkle with grated mozzarella, and add herbs.
