  • 6 piece Apple fritters
  • 250 g Quark double cream
  • 3 tablespoon Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 100 g Almond brittle


  • Mix the quark with the yoghurt, sugar and lemon juice and mix in a good two thirds of the almond brittle.
  • Layer alternately cream and apple fritters in a dessert glass, finish with cream and garnish with almond brittle.
  • Chill until ready to serve,
