- 2 tsp Starch
- 20 g Butter

Instructions
- Sugar the strawberries and let stand so that juice is produced. But you can also use a can of strawberries.
- Drain the strawberries through a sieve, bring the juice to the boil and set with the starch, now add the strawberries again.
- Butter the molds and add sugar. Mix the egg yolks, cinnamon and 30 g sugar with the quark and stir until creamy. Beat egg whites semi-stiff, add 40 g sugar and beat until stiff. 1/3 of the egg mixture stir into the quark, fold in the rest
- Divide the strawberries into 4 molds, distribute the quark mixture and bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
