  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 50 ml Water
  • Lemon juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • Salt


  • Puree all ingredients together until creamy and season with salt.
