For tzatziki sauce

  • Iceberg lettuce
  • 10 piece Tomatoes
  • Onion
  • Red cabbage head
  • White cabbage head
  • 20 piece Dürüm nature
  • Possibly garlic sauce
  • Possibly cocktail sauce
  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 200 g Weihenstephan yogurt
  • 1 Knoblauchzehe
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 0,5 Cup Mineral water

Cabbage (red cabbage and white cabbage)

  1. Wash the head as a whole, cut in half, cut out the stalk, cut the quarter into small pieces (approx. 700 grams for 10 people) and chop small pieces in the food processor on level 3

Zaziki sauce

  1. Mash the garlic clove, chop the cucumber, mix everything together
