For tzatziki sauce
- Iceberg lettuce
- 10 piece Tomatoes
- Onion
- Red cabbage head
- White cabbage head
- 20 piece Dürüm nature
- Possibly garlic sauce
- Possibly cocktail sauce
- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 200 g Weihenstephan yogurt
- 1 Knoblauchzehe
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 0,5 Cucumber
- 0,5 Cup Mineral water
Cabbage (red cabbage and white cabbage)
- Wash the head as a whole, cut in half, cut out the stalk, cut the quarter into small pieces (approx. 700 grams for 10 people) and chop small pieces in the food processor on level 3
Zaziki sauce
- Mash the garlic clove, chop the cucumber, mix everything together
