Ingredients
 

For the pre-dough

  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 250 ml Milk lukewarm
  • 1 cube Yeast

  • 100 g Butter

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients for the pre-dough together well and cover and leave to stand in a warm place for 15 minutes.

  • Roll out the dough and cut out circles. Let rest for 30 minutes. In the meantime, heat the fat in a large roasting pan with a glass lid or wok and then place the dough pieces in the hot frying fat (approx. 160 ° C) in portions, placing them upside down in the fat.
