The expert advised that when choosing industrial-strength dumplings, pay attention to their composition. This is because they can contain excessive amounts of fat, salt, and spices.

“It is better to give preference to ready-made dumplings containing lean meats, such as white poultry or beef. Or make them yourself, because in homemade dumplings we can control the amount of fat, spices, and salt we add,” Kruglova said.
