  • 1 tsp Tartar baking powder
  • 3 tsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 70 g Butter
  • 1 Msp Ground vanilla
  • 70 g Raw cane sugar
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 100 g Chocolate couverture
  • 1 pack Chocolate cat tongues
  • White sugar script
  • Sugar eyes

  • Mix the eggs, milk, butter and sugar together. Mix the remaining ingredients and stir in briefly. Fill the dough into prepared muffin molds and bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for about 15 - 17 minutes. Then let it cool down.
  • Melt the couverture in a water bath and use it to glaze the muffins. Make two slits with a knife and stick a cat's tongue in at an angle. Glue two eyes on each of the still moist chocolate icing. Use the white sugar script to draw a nose and mouth on the rabbit.
