  • 250 g Flour (e.g. spelt flour type 630)
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 100 g Cocoa powder slightly de-oiled
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Knife point Ground vanilla
  • 100 ml Flavorless cooking oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
  • 300 ml Strong coffee
  • 2 tbsp Rum


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat.
  • Mix the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly with the liquid ingredients.
  • Fill the dough into a suitable mold. (I use a round glass mold with a diameter of 26cm. The dough is then about 1.5cm high. I do not grease the mold beforehand.)
  • The brownies have to bake for about 30 minutes. After they have cooled down a bit, I cut them into 16 roughly the same size pieces.
