Easy Vegan Brownies
The perfect easy vegan brownies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Flour (e.g. spelled flour type 630)
- 300 g Sugar
- 100 g Cocoa powder slightly de-oiled
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Knife point Ground vanilla
- 100 ml Tasteless cooking oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
- 300 ml Strong coffee
- 2 tbsp Rum
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat.
- Mix the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly with the liquid ingredients.
- Fill the dough into a suitable mold. (I use a round glass mold with a diameter of 26cm. The dough is then about 1.5cm high. I do not grease the mold beforehand.)
- The brownies have to bake for about 30 minutes. After they have cooled down a bit, I cut them into 16 roughly the same size pieces.
