Ingredients
- 500 g Spaetzle
- 500 g Meatloaf
- 3 Pc. Fresh leek
- 300 g Carrots
- 1 piece Red peppers
- 1 a cup Cream
- 1 pinch Chili
- 1 piece Fresh onion
- 1 toe Fresh garlic
- Salt and pepper
- 150 g Grated cheese
- 1 a cup Cream
Instructions
- Fry the spaetzle in a little butter.
- Fry the liver cheese.
- Chop the carrots, leeks, bell peppers and onions and stew until they are firm to the bite.
- Simply add the liver cheese and the vegetables to the spaetzle and mix everything well.
- Pour cream over, let reduce.
- Finally sprinkle with the grated cheese and stir everything again. I made tomato salad with it.
