Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Spaetzle
  • 500 g Meatloaf
  • 3 Pc. Fresh leek
  • 300 g Carrots
  • 1 piece Red peppers
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 1 pinch Chili
  • 1 piece Fresh onion
  • 1 toe Fresh garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • 150 g Grated cheese
  • 1 a cup Cream

Instructions
 

  • Fry the spaetzle in a little butter.
  • Fry the liver cheese.
  • Chop the carrots, leeks, bell peppers and onions and stew until they are firm to the bite.
  • Simply add the liver cheese and the vegetables to the spaetzle and mix everything well.
  • Pour cream over, let reduce.
  • Finally sprinkle with the grated cheese and stir everything again. I made tomato salad with it.
