Ingredients
- 6 Pc. Hard-Boiled eggs
- 1 Pc. Chicken egg yolk fresh
- Cold pressed olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- 1 tsp Mustard
Instructions
- First I prepare the mayonnaise. Whip the yolks with mustard and slowly stir in the oil until the desired amount or consistency is reached. The more yolks, the more mayonnaise I get. Everything in the Tupperware® Quickchef or in a suitable kitchen machine with knives. Mixing done.
