Ingredients
 

  • 12 Eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • 4 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • 2 tsp Mustard hot
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 Pinches Sugar
  • 3 Splash Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cut the hard-boiled eggs into large pieces and place in a bowl.
  • Mix the mustard, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, sugar and Worcester sauce into a thick dressing, season to taste and season again if necessary. Pour the dressing over the eggs.
  • Let the salad steep for a few hours and garnish with chives. Serve the salad with rustic bread. Do not serve too cold.
