Ingredients
 

  • 4 piece Corn on the cob precooked
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Lime juice
  • 2 tsp Lime zest
  • 2 tsp Chipotle chilli flakes
  • 3 tbsp Finely chopped coriander
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • cob and mayonnaise? Sounds very strange at first, but raises your corn on the cob to a level that you will never want to miss again! Mix mayonnaise with lime juice, lime zest and chipotle flakes (alternatively normal chilli flakes plus smoked paprika) and let steep.
  • Finely grate the Parmesan and mix with the finely chopped fresh coriander. Grill or fry the corn on the cob, brush thickly with the mayonnaise with a pastry brush and then toss in the cheese and coriander mixture. Serve immediately, bon appetite!
