Ingredients
- 100 g Almonds or hazelnuts
- 200 g Pitted Medjoul dates
- 2 tbsp Raw cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Almond butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tsp Chai spice
- 20 g Cocoa nibs
- Shredded coconut as needed for rolling
Instructions
- Coarsely grind the nuts in the food processor and then process them into a smooth mass with about 1 tbsp water and the other ingredients, except for cocoa nibs. Mix in the cocoa nibs at the end.
- Roll bite-sized balls between the palms of your hands and toss them in ground nuts or desiccated coconut as desired.
- Store in the refrigerator.
