- Puntas de esparragos
- 1 shell Rúcula
- 1 shell Fresas frescas
- 1 shell Frambuesas frescas
- 4 Pc. minitomates
- Vinagre balsámico de frambuesa
- Aceite de colza
- Sal
- Pimienta del molinillo
- El azúcar de caña
Instrucciones
- Clean and wash the rocket, wash the strawberries and raspberries. Halve the strawberries. Wash tomatoes and cut into halves if necessary. Dressing: raspberry balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and a little sugar. Arrange the salad on the plate and spread the dressing on top. Boil asparagus tips (I don’t have any information on the amount because I had a bag of fresh asparagus tips and took a handful of them for the salad) for about 10 minutes and distribute them on the plates.
