Pasta Ostra Perretxiko Saltsarekin
Ostra perretxiko saltsarekin pasta ezin hobea irudi batekin eta urratsez urrats argibide errazekin.
- 200 g Tagliatelle lehorra
- 250 g Perretxikoak
- 1 Baratxuri ale
- 50 g hirugiharra
- 200 ml Barazki salda
- 1 koilarakada saltsa arina lodigarria
- 2 koilarakada krema garratza % 10 koipea
- Piper gatza
- 0,5 koilarakada mejorana
- 2 koilarakada perrexila txikitua
- Dice the garlic and bacon. Leave the bacon cubes in a pan. Add the garlic cubes and the oyster mushrooms and fry them. Deglaze with the broth, stir in the sauce thickener and simmer for about 5 – 10 minutes. In the meantime, cook the ribbon noodles in salted water. Stir sour cream into the mushroom pan, season with pepper, salt and marjoram and season to taste. Arrange the oyster mushroom sauce with the ribbon noodles on plates and serve sprinkled with parsley.
