Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas
- 50 g Breadcrumbs

Dip
- 1 cup Sour cream
- Garlic
- Salt, pepper, possibly chives or wild garlic
Instructions
- Chop peas from the canned drain and process into puree with a hand blender or fork. Dried chickpeas would have to be soaked overnight and then boiled in salted water until soft, which, in my experience, takes 1 to 2 hours
