Farmer Salad

The perfect farmer salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Celery bulb
  • 4 size Carrots
  • 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 50 ml Kefir
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 4 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 pinch Fenugreek powder
  • 1 pinch Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 1 pinch Seasoned salt from my KB
  1. Peel the celery and carrots, grate both finely. Then blanch the celery in salted water for about 2.3 minutes, strain and rinse with cold water. Clean the spring onions, cut into rings and rinse with cold water.
  2. Then mix yogurt, majo, kefir, lemon juice, mustard, maple syrup, fenugreek, seasoned salt and garip pepper and pour over the vegetables. Mix everything well and let it steep for 1 day! Possibly season again!
