Ingredients
 

Fast Bolognese

  • 25 g Spaghetti
  • 5 Carrots
  • 1 Zucchini yellow
  • Rapeseed oil to taste
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 2 Shallots
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Canned tomatoes
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Würz - vegetable paste

Instructions
 

  • First, cook the spaghetti according to the instructions, drain and drain. Set aside as they will be added later. Peel and wash the carrots and wash and clean the yellow zucchini as well. Then cut both together with a spiral cutter to make spaghetti.
  • Put some rapeseed oil in a pan, heat it up. Add the carrot spaghetti and sauté in it. Then you add the zucchini spaghetti. Also sauté these and then season with salt & gourmet pepper. Now you add the spaghetti that you cooked before.
  • Take another saucepan and fry the minced beef in this pan until crumbly and brown. Peel the garlic cloves & shallots and finely chop them in a lightning chopper. Add these to the crumbly fried ground beef. Also season the whole thing with salt and gourmet pepper.
  • Stir, then add the canned tomatoes and let them continue to cook. Then later deglaze with a little water and stir in the * seasoning - vegetable paste. Now it will simmer for about a quarter of an hour (15 minutes).
  • Now add the remaining cooked ingredients and mix the whole thing together. Take the deep plate, fill it and enjoy immediately.
