Fast Tarte Flambée Duo

  • 1 packet Wheat wraps / 6 pcs.
  • 1 cup Sour cream 10% fat
  • 6 small Aromatics
  • 3 stalks Spring onions
  • 2 handful Bacon cubes
  • 2 small Onions
  • Grated cheese
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder


Tarte flambée with bacon:

  • First preheat the oven to 200 degrees! Lay out 3 wraps and brush each with a tablespoon of sour cream! Peel the onions and cut them into slices! Top the wraps with diced bacon and onions! You can also sprinkle the tarte flambée with cheese. But an original Badischer and has no cheese. You taste stronger even without the topping! 🙂

Veggi tarte flambée:

  • Lay out the other 3 wraps and spread them with a tablespoon of sour cream! Sprinkle with salt and paprika powder! Cut the spring onions into rings and the tomatoes into slices! Spread on the wrap. Sprinkle with grated cheese!
