Ingredients
- 150 g White chocolate
- 120 g Butter, room temperature
- 1 piece Organic egg
- 120 g Raw cane sugar
- 125 g Oatmeal
- 125 g Wheat flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt - I'll use Sale de Ibiza hibiscus salt
Instructions
- Preheat the upper / lower oven to 170 degrees, prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Crush the white chocolate in the cutter, do not grind, just chop. Mix the butter, egg, flour (s) and baking powder together in a bowl. Refine with salt. At the end the chocolate is stirred in. The mass is quite compact.
- Place 2-3cm large balls on the tray with wet hands, leaving a gap between the balls. Bake on medium high for about 12 minutes. They can still be a little soft when they are taken out. Let it cool down a bit and don't leave any ....... They are done so quickly that replenishment shouldn't be a problem.
