Ingredients
for the salad
- 2 Fennel, finely sliced
- 1 bunch Radishes, finely sliced
- 0,5 bunch Coriander, cut
for the dressing
- 10 tbsp Native olive oil
- 1 Organic lemon, juice and zest
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Organic honey
- 1 Msp Ginger, finely grated
- 1 Garlic clove, finely grated
- Salt pepper
also
- 4 Trout fillets
Instructions
- Mix finely grated vegetables with fresh herbs.
- For the dressing, mix all ingredients well, season with salt and pepper.
- Marinate the salad with dressing.
- Cut or pluck trout fillets into bite-sized pieces and serve with the crispy salad.
