Figs with buffalo mozzarella

  • 2 Figs fresh
  • 1 Prickly pears red, yellow, green
  • 1 Bag (25 g) Buffalo mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil (instead of olive oil)
  • Sweet shadow (imitation) to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • Lemon balm fresh (from our own garden) to your taste

  • Take the buffalo mozzarella out of the bag and drain. Then take a ball cutter and poke small balls out of it. Pick lemon balm from your own garden.
  • Halve the figs in the middle, quarter them and put them together with the balls, lemon balm on a large plate, all around.
  • Now cut the colorful prickly pears in half and use a spoon to remove the insides. Put the pulp in a tall container and puree with a magic wand.
  • Now sprinkle the remaining ingredients such as salt, gourmet pepper, lime juice, rapeseed oil and the pureed pulp from the prickly pears over the figs and mozzarella. Then enjoy with pleasure.
