Ingredients

  • 3 piece Fresh peppers colorful
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 piece Stale bun
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 2 piece Chopped onions
  • 1 tube Tomato paste
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • Pepper, salt, sugar, oil
  • 0,5 Cup Rose paprika powder, paprika powder noble sweet

Instructions

  • Make a smooth dough from the minced beef (you can also use half pork and half beef), the onion, the roll soaked in warm water, the eggs and the spices.
  • Decapitate and core the peppers. I always keep the lids and close them again after filling. (Toothpick) Now fill with the dough. There must be no air holes in the peppers, so stuff it nicely!
  • Fry them with olive oil, then put the pods out of the pan and to one side. Prepare a roux and deglaze with water. Then add the tomato paste. Mix well! Season and then add the pods again.
  • Shape the remaining minced dough into "balls" and add them to the sauce. Most of the time, the guests never have enough "hack". Now yes". Have fun eating and I'll add rice. The Hungarian drinks red wine with it.
