Ingredients
- 1 roll Puff pastry
- 1 handful Fresh wild garlic approx. 30 g
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 150 g Sliced cooked ham
- 1 Egg
- Salt pepper
Instructions
- Spread the puff pastry out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Mix the cream cheese with the cream, season with salt and pepper.
- Wash the wild garlic and pat dry.
- Spread the cream cheese on the dough, spread the ham slices on top.
- Halve the wild garlic once across and place on top.
- Shape the puff pastry into a roll. Whisk an egg, brush the roll and fry.
