- 250 g Flour
- 125 g Sanella
- 90 g Powdered sugar
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 Salt
Macadamia filling
- 50 g Macadamia nuts
- 50 g Sugar
- 15 g Sanella
- 3 tbsp Cream
Instructions

- Knead flour, Sanella, powdered sugar, egg yolk and a pinch of salt into a dough, then wrap in foil and cool for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 °. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out the same number of molds with a medium-sized and a smaller biscuit mold (should come out about 30 pieces). Place on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake for about 9-12 minutes. Cooling down.

- Finely chop the macadamia nuts. Heat the sugar, Sanella and the cream in a saucepan. When the Sanella has melted, add the chopped macadamia nuts and bring to the boil for about 2 minutes while stirring.
