Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas
- 1 Egg yolk
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh coriander
- Ground cumin
- 1 small Onion
- 1 clove Fresh garlic
- Oil for frying
- 1 hand Sesame fresh
Instructions
- Puree the chickpeas, cut the onion and garlic into small cubes and mix with the other ingredients. The dough should not be too soft but not too firm.
- Now form small balls, flatten them a little and fry in 180 C ° hot fat. Drain on paper towels.
- I turned half of it in sesame seeds and baked it.
