Ingredients
 

  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh coriander
  • Ground cumin
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 clove Fresh garlic
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 hand Sesame fresh

Instructions
 

  • Puree the chickpeas, cut the onion and garlic into small cubes and mix with the other ingredients. The dough should not be too soft but not too firm.
  • Now form small balls, flatten them a little and fry in 180 C ° hot fat. Drain on paper towels.
  • I turned half of it in sesame seeds and baked it.
