Fish: Bismarck Herring on Apple Yogurt with Jacket Potatoes

Ingredients
 

  • 6 piece Bismarck herring, drained
  • 1 piece Chopped onion
  • 2 piece Apple Elstar o.a.
  • Salt pepper
  • Cream yoghurt Greek art
  • Milk
  • 4 piece Waxy potatoes

Instructions
 

  • Put the chopped onion in a bowl.
  • Wash the apples, cut in half, quarter, remove the stone and then grate.
  • Add a good 3 large tablespoons of the cream yoghurt, add milk (the amount depends on the desired consistency), season with salt & pepper and stir everything well.
  • Cut the herrings into pieces and add them. Everything should go through for about 1-2 hours.
  • 5, there was jacket potatoes and a salad
