Ingredients
- 6 piece Bismarck herring, drained
- 1 piece Chopped onion
- 2 piece Apple Elstar o.a.
- Salt pepper
- Cream yoghurt Greek art
- Milk
- 4 piece Waxy potatoes
Instructions
- Put the chopped onion in a bowl.
- Wash the apples, cut in half, quarter, remove the stone and then grate.
- Add a good 3 large tablespoons of the cream yoghurt, add milk (the amount depends on the desired consistency), season with salt & pepper and stir everything well.
- Cut the herrings into pieces and add them. Everything should go through for about 1-2 hours.
