Ingredients

Hack filling:

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 100 g Peppers yellow
  • 150 g Tomatoes
  • 150 g Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Oil
  • Seasoned salt
  • Garlic pepper
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Telly cherry pepper
  • Fenugreek powder
  • Chives fresh

Garlic Yogurt:

  • 300 g Yogurt 3.5%
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Telly cherry pepper
  • 2 Salt
  • 2 Extra virgin olive oil

Extra:

  • 250 g Crumbled Feta
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • Lettuce
  • 4 l Flatbreads

Instructions

Minced meat filling:

  • I let my beef through myself because we like it coarser. Clean and wash the peppers and finely dice. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, remove the stalk and dice. Peel and finely dice onions and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and roast the onions, then stir in the paprika, sizzle briefly and remove from the pan! Then fry the mince in it until crispy, add tomato paste and tomatoes, garlic and season with seasoning salt, garip pepper, pepper, fenugreek and refine with chives.

Garlic yogurt:

  • Peel the garlic and grate finely. Then mix together the garlic, yogurt, salt, pepper and oil. Cool!

Flatbread:

  • Flatbread - Lepinje Of course, bread that has been bought is also great! 🙂 I baked flat bread the day before and baked it again until crispy on the toaster! Oven works too!

Extra:

  • Crumble the feta, wash the cucumber and cut into fine slices, clean, wash and spin the lettuce.
  • Now cut the flatbreads open so that they still stick together at the bottom, fill with minced meat and top with lettuce, cucumber and feta cheese, then spread garijoghurt on top. Serve!
