Preparation: clean the mushrooms, but please not in the water (preferably only with a brush). If you've already looked for them cleanly in the forest, that's no problem at all; Chop the onion, bacon and parsley.
Preparation 2: fry the bacon in the butter in a large pan, add the onion and fry until translucent. Add the mushrooms and fry over medium heat until they start to brown.
Deglaze with cream and vegetable stock, add half of the parsley, season with salt, pepper and gravy, put a lid on the pan and cook for about 6 minutes. Finished! Before serving, season to taste again and sprinkle with the remaining parsley and enjoy with jacket potatoes ... Bon appetit!
I also fried a small schnitzel and tossed the jacket potatoes in the schnitzel pan before serving.
