Ingredients
- 250 g Forest mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 20 g Butter
- 40 g Bacon
- Salt and pepper
- 150 ml Cream
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon Gravy
- 1 bunch Finely chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preparation: clean the mushrooms, but please not in the water (preferably only with a brush). If you've already looked for them cleanly in the forest, that's no problem at all; Chop the onion, bacon and parsley.
- Preparation 2: fry the bacon in the butter in a large pan, add the onion and fry until translucent. Add the mushrooms and fry over medium heat until they start to brown.
- Deglaze with cream and vegetable stock, add half of the parsley, season with salt, pepper and gravy, put a lid on the pan and cook for about 6 minutes. Finished! Before serving, season to taste again and sprinkle with the remaining parsley and enjoy with jacket potatoes ... Bon appetit!
- I also fried a small schnitzel and tossed the jacket potatoes in the schnitzel pan before serving.
