French Toast Sandwich

- 100 g Grated Emmental cheese
- 4 Discs Sandwich Toast
- 50 g Butter
- 4 Discs Boiled ham, cooked and smoked
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Bullet Mozzarella
- 20 g Cream cheese
- 2 Gherkins
- Dried oregano
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Brush the four toast slices well with butter
- Heat a pan and place the coated toast slices in the pan with the butter side and roast until golden brown, on both sides.
- Now line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place two toasted slices of toast on top. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
- Cut the mozzarella into slices and top the toast slices with mozzarella. Cut the pickles into slices.
- Place the cooked ham slices and pickled cucumber slices on both mozzarella slices.
- Spread the cream cheese on both topped slices. Scatter the dried oregano on top.
