Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Grated Emmental cheese
  • 4 slices Sandwich Toast
  • 50 g Butter
  • 4 slices Boiled ham, cooked and smoked
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 ball Mozzarella
  • 20 g Cream cheese
  • 2 Gherkins
  • Dried oregano
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Brush the four toast slices well with butter
  • Heat a pan and place the coated toast slices in the pan with the butter side and roast until golden brown, on both sides.
  • Now line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place two toasted slices of toast on top. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  • Cut the mozzarella into slices and top the toast slices with mozzarella. Cut the pickles into slices.
  • Place the cooked ham slices and pickled cucumber slices on both mozzarella slices.
  • Spread the cream cheese on both topped slices. Scatter the dried oregano on top.
  • Now place the other two toast slices on the topped toast slices.
  • Grate the Emmental cheese and sprinkle it on the finished toast slices, put in the preheated oven and gratinate. Now set the oven to grill.
  • In the meantime, heat the pan on the stove, melt a little butter and then crack open the two eggs and bake them to make fried eggs.
  • Take the toast slices out of the oven and place the fried eggs on top. Enjoy your meal
