The eggs
- 2 piece Diced onions
- 3 tablespoon Butter
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 4 piece Free range eggs
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- Salt
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Mix with a little salt and pepper to taste. Heat the butter in a pan. Add the potatoes and fry a little over a high heat while turning.
- Keep baking at a low temperature until they are almost cooked. Takes about 15-20 minutes. Now mix the onions in and fry everything brown over high heat.
- Beat the eggs in a separate pan in heated butter and sprinkle with a little salt and fry them to make fried eggs. Then place on a plate with the fried potatoes and eat. Good Appetite.
