Ingredients

  • 2 Zucchini fresh
  • 1 Sweet red peppers fresh
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 3 Fresh onions
  • 250 g Meat sausage / city sausage
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic white
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salad herb mixture
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Wash the zucchini, dry and cut into fine strips.
  • Wash, dry, halve the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into fine strips.
  • Wash and dry the tomatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes.
  • Skin the onions, cut in half and cut into fine half rings.
  • Remove the skin from the meat sausage, cut in half and also cut into fine, short strips.
  • Mix the olive oil with the vinegar in a bowl and add the spices. Mix well again.
  • Now gradually the striped :-)) vegetables are added.
  • Mix everything well and season again. I let the salad steep for another hour. It was a mistake, because the hunger could no longer be stopped.
  • We also made a couple of chicken drumsticks. Menno, that was delicious :-))
  • Unfortunately, I was only able to use these 3 images. I don't know what's going on here. For 2 days I have been trying to upload the remaining pictures, unfortunately in vain. Sorra, but if it works again I'll add the rest of the pictures.
