Fried Bread Dumplings Forest Mushrooms

The perfect fried bread dumplings forest mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 pack Dumplings
  • 150 g Frozen peas
  • 250 g Frozen mushrooms
  • 50 g Streaky bacon
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 125 g Whipped cream
  • 125 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 piece Onion red
  • 1 tbsp Parsely
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Cook the bread dumplings according to the instructions on the packet, allow to cool. And cut it into slices. Whisk the eggs, season with salt and pepper. Turn the dumpling slices one after the other in the egg and breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown on both sides in the hot oil and keep warm. For the sauce: defrost the peas and mushrooms. Peel the onion and cut into strips, cut the bacon into small cubes and leave it in the pan, heat the butter, stir in the onions and mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Add the stock and cream and heat the peas in it for about 5 minutes. Chop the parsley and add to the sauce and serve with the fried dumplings.
