- 4 Discs Coarse meat loaf – mini slices
- 150 g Fresh sauerkraut
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon Caraway seed
- 1 tablespoon Lard
- 8 Peeled potatoes
- 1 Peeled onion
- 20 ml Milk
- 1 big stitch Butter
- 3 tablespoon Danish fried onions
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese
- First, cook the sauerkraut in a little vegetable stock with a little caraway seeds and 1 tablespoon of lard until soft.
- Peel the potatoes and onions and cut them roughly into cubes and cook in salted water until they are soft. During this time, heat the milk and prepare the butter and fried onions. When the potatoes are soft, pour off the milk and butter and mash them roughly. Now add the fried onions and the crème fraîche and puree the cape as finely as you like it.
