  • 200 g Mung bean sprouts fresh
  • 60 g Mie noodles
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 5 tbsp Soy sauce japanese
  • 1 Carrot
  • 0,25 Celeriac fresh
  • 1 pole Leek
  • Turmeric
  • Pepper

  • Cook the Mie noodles according to the instructions on the packet and set aside.
  • Wash, peel and cut the carrot into sticks. Peel the celery (1/4 tuber - the amount is unfortunately not accepted above ...) and cut into sticks. Halve the leek lengthways and cut into rings. Wash the mung bean sprouts and drain well.
  • Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the leek, carrot and celery to the pan and cook over medium heat for about four minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Add the sprouts and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Put the Mie noodles in the pan. Season with turmeric, pepper, garlic granules (of course, fresh garlic is also possible) and soy sauce. Tip: If you like, you can also add an egg to the pan with pasta and vegetables.
