Fried Noodles with Mung Bean Sprouts

The perfect fried noodles with mung bean sprouts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Mung bean sprouts fresh
  • 60 g Mie noodles
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 5 tbsp Soy sauce japanese
  • 1 Carrot
  • 0,25 Celeriac fresh
  • 1 pole Leek
  • Turmeric
  • Pepper
  1. Cook the Mie noodles according to the instructions on the packet and set aside.
  2. Wash, peel and cut the carrot into sticks. Peel the celery (1/4 tuber – the amount is unfortunately not accepted above …) and cut into sticks. Halve the leek lengthways and cut into rings. Wash the mung bean sprouts and drain well.
  3. Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the leek, carrot and celery to the pan and cook over medium heat for about four minutes. Stir occasionally.
  4. Add the sprouts and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  5. Put the Mie noodles in the pan. Season with turmeric, pepper, garlic granules (of course, fresh garlic is also possible) and soy sauce. Tip: If you like, you can also add an egg to the pan with pasta and vegetables.
