- 200 g Mung bean sprouts fresh
- 60 g Mie noodles
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

- 1 Carrot
- 0,25 Celeriac fresh
- 1 pole Leek

- Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the leek, carrot and celery to the pan and cook over medium heat for about four minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Add the sprouts and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Put the Mie noodles in the pan. Season with turmeric, pepper, garlic granules (of course, fresh garlic is also possible) and soy sauce. Tip: If you like, you can also add an egg to the pan with pasta and vegetables.
